Spa policies and house rules
1. Mandatory Shower Before Using the Facility
All guests must take a thorough shower before entering the Thermal & Wet Areas. This helps maintain water cleanliness and ensures a respectful, pleasant environment for everyone. Please wash off all body oils, lotions, deodorants, perfumes, and daily residues.
2. No Outside Food & Beverages
Outside food, snacks, drinks, or alcohol are not permitted. Personal water bottles, thermoses, and refillable containers are not allowed. Complimentary water stations with cups are available throughout the facility. We offer a full bar with cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, non-alcoholic beverages, and specialty teas, as well as a café that offers a variety of light dishes, soups, salads, panini, and cold appetizers
3. Sauna & Steam Room Policies
To maintain hygiene and protect equipment: No personal oils, honey, scrubs, creams, or cosmetic products may be used in saunas or steam rooms. Outside essential oils or aroma oils are not permitted. Venik Use: One of our saunas is designated for venik steaming. The second sauna is strictly no-venik. Please follow signage and staff instructions.
4. Respectful Atmosphere
Please speak quietly and respect others’ space. Maintain a calm and peaceful environment. Follow staff instructions at all times. Lounge Seating Etiquette: Reserving loungers, chairs, or seating areas with towels or personal items is not permitted. Items left unattended for more than 15 minutes will be removed by staff. Personal items removed from seating areas will be collected at reception. Dining Area Etiquette: Café/bar tables cannot be reserved by leaving personal belongings. Seating is for guests who are actively dining. Once your group finishes and leaves, the table will be cleared for the next guests. For private gatherings, please book our VIP Event Room.
5. Footwear & Safety
Anti-slip spa slippers are required in all wet areas. Running or unsafe behavior around pools, showers, or jacuzzi is not permitted
6. Alcohol Consumption
All alcoholic beverages must be purchased and consumed on site. Smart Serve-certified staff reserve the right to stop serving alcohol at their discretion. Intoxicated guests may be asked to leave the facility for safety reasons
7. Photography & Privacy
When taking photos, please ensure other guests are not captured without consent. You may photograph only yourself, your family, or your group. Photography is not allowed if it disturbs others or affects their privacy.
8. Children & Teens
Children under 13 must remain under direct parental supervision at all times, including in the pool area, jacuzzi, saunas, and steam room. Parents are responsible for their children’s behavior, safety, and tolerance to heat and steam. Children must walk, stay close to parents, and maintain a quiet tone in relaxation areas.
9. Liability & Compliance
All guests must comply with facility policies for their own safety and the comfort of others. Failure to follow rules may result in refusal of service, removal from the facility, or a temporary or permanent ban from returning.
