What is included with my admission? Your admission includes full access to our thermal circuit, saunas, steam rooms, large salt swimming pool, and relaxation areas. Towels and robes are provided for your comfort.
Do I need to book in advance? At this time, visits are first‑come, first‑served. If online booking becomes available in the future, we’ll update our website.
Is there an age requirement? Our thermal spa experience is designed for families. Please refer to our spa guidelines and hours of operation for Family friendly hours.
Do you offer packages? Yes — we offer a 10‑visit package that provides excellent value and flexibility.
Can I transfer my package to someone else? Absolutely. Packages are fully transferable and can be shared or gifted to another individual.
Can I get a refund on my package? 10‑visit packages are non‑refundable. Visits already used cannot be refunded.
What should I bring? We provide towels and robes for your visit, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please bring your own none slip shose or slipers. A comfortable water station is available throughout the spa for refreshment.
Do you have lockers? Yes — we offer secure lockers with personalized numbered wristbands. Your wristband allows you to easily lock and unlock your assigned locker, and it is provided at registration.
Is food or drink allowed? Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the spa areas. Water stations are available to keep you refreshed during your visit.
Are there any health restrictions? Guests with medical conditions — such as heart concerns, high or low blood pressure, pregnancy, or recent surgeries — should consult their healthcare provider before using thermal facilities.
Can I leave my children unattended? No. Children may not be left unsupervised at any time, especially in or around the swimming pool area. There are no lifeguards on duty, and our team cannot supervise children. Parents and guardians assume full responsibility and liability for their children’s safety during their visit.
Can I use the spa if I’ve consumed alcohol? Guests who choose to consume alcohol must do so responsibly and at their own risk. Alcohol can impair judgment, balance, and heat tolerance. For safety reasons: Guests who appear intoxicated may be denied access to certain facilities. All visitors must sign a liability waiver upon entry. Guests assume full responsibility for their actions while using spa and pool areas. Your safety is our priority.
Can prices change? Yes — all pricing is subject to change without notice. The most up‑to‑date information will always be available on our website.
