Spa Policies

At Tepló Thermal Spa, our goal is to create a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable environment for every guest. The following policies help us maintain a high‑quality experience while ensuring the well‑being of all visitors.

1. Package Purchases (10‑Visit Packages)

Our 10‑visit packages are designed to offer flexibility and value.

  • Packages are fully transferable — you may share or gift your remaining visits to another individual.
  • There are no refunds for 10‑visit packages.
  • Packages do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

2. Transferring Packages

To keep things simple and secure:

  • You may transfer your package or remaining visits to another person at any time.
  • All transfers must be completed in person to verify identity and update our records.

3. Refunds

  • Tepló Thermal Spa does not offer refunds on any purchases, including packages or individual visits.
  • All sales are final.

4. Children & Supervision

For the safety of all guests, children may not be left unsupervised at any time, especially in or around the swimming pool area. There are no lifeguards on duty. Our staff cannot supervise children. Parents and guardians assume full responsibility and liability for their children’s safety and behavior during their visit. If an incident occurs due to lack of supervision, the parent or guardian accepts full responsibility. This policy ensures a safe and peaceful environment for everyone.

5. Alcohol Consumption & Liability Waiver

Guests who choose to consume alcohol must do so responsibly and at their own risk. Alcohol can impair judgment, balance, and heat tolerance, especially when using thermal facilities. Guests who appear intoxicated may be denied access to certain spa areas for safety reasons. All visitors are required to sign a liability waiver upon entry, acknowledging that they assume full responsibility for their actions while using spa and pool facilities. Tepló Thermal Spa is not responsible for injuries or incidents related to alcohol consumption. Your safety is our priority, and responsible use of our facilities ensures a positive experience for all.

We may update our policies from time to time to better serve our guests. Any changes will be posted on this page.
